  • Payment must be completed before order processing unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected.

  • Sprout Kidz is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • An unboxing video may be requested to verify claims.
  • Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds and replacements are subject to inspection and approval.
  • Certain hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return after opening.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD service is available only on eligible products and serviceable pin codes.
  • Sprout Kidz reserves the right to restrict or disable COD for specific customers or locations.
