At Sprout Kidz, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide quality products for babies and kids. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received a defective product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • Items are missing from your order.

To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Proof Required

To process a return or replacement request, customers may be required to provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Packaging images
  • Unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)

Claims submitted without sufficient proof may be rejected.

3. Conditions for Return

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and unwashed.
  • Be in their original condition.
  • Include original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • Do not show signs of misuse or damage caused after delivery.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Personal care products
  • Feeding products after use
  • Teethers after use
  • Customised or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final-sale products

5. Replacement Policy

If your replacement request is approved:

  • A replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.
  • If the product is out of stock, a refund may be issued instead.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

7. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Customers may follow the return process after delivery if eligible.

8. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, Sprout Kidz will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For any other approved return reason, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in future COD restrictions or account limitations.
